Shawn grew up in Jackson Hole, WY where his father had a construction business specializing in luxury homes. His childhood was spent on job sites and tinkering in the shop. He has a D.I.Y. mentality and loves solving problems. Whenever something breaks, he’ll figure out how to fix it. Over the past 15 years, he specialized in building and managing recording studios. This experience has deepened his expertise in carpentry, electrical work, heating/AC systems, and maintenance, all while maintaining a visually appealing environment where artists feel at home and inspired to create music. In the few years prior to starting Flathead Lake Handyman, he focused on audio/video installs and remodels.
